The number stamped on the part is 07129904016; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 9904016. You will find it on our Supplies & Hardware shelf, under Group 12. It supersedes the older number 9901610, so a part carrying that number is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 9904866.
It fits the E46 sedan and touring (330xd, 2000–2003), with the M57 or M57N engines.
BMW draws it on 8 diagrams, among them Gearbox suspension, 4-wheel drive (22_0059) and Gearbox suspension (22_0062). It weighs about 20 g (under 0.1 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
