Email is the way to reach us, and it reaches a person rather than a queue.
We aim to reply within one business day. This is a one-person operation, so messages sent over a weekend are usually answered the next working day.
What to include
A reply is much faster when the message already contains the answer to the obvious questions:
- About a part— the BMW part number, or a link to the part page, plus your car: chassis (E36 or E46), model, year and engine. The 17-digit VIN works too and is the most reliable of the lot.
- About an order— your order number and the email address you ordered with.
- About something not listed— the part number if you have it, or a description of the part and the car it belongs to.
Before you write
Several of the most common questions — what the condition grades mean, how to check a part fits, how quickly orders ship — are already answered on the FAQ, and returns are covered on the Returns page. If a part you need is listed but out of stock, the part page has a Request This Part button that sends us the part number directly.
