This is a genuine BMW navigation CD computer (exchange unit), part number 65 90 6 908 314. The number stamped on the part is 65906908314; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 6908314. BMW's catalog calls it “Exch Navigation CD Computer”. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Navigation systems. It supersedes the older number 8378169, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits the E46 sedan, coupe and convertible (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i, 330i and M3, 1999–2006), with the M52, M54 or S54 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on the Navigation computer / video module (65_0495) diagram. It weighs about 1.6 kg (3.4 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
