You will find it on our Fuel System shelf, under Lines. It supersedes the older number 6762964, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits every E46 body style (318d, 318td, 320d, 320td and 330d, 1998–2004), with the M47, M47N, M57 or M57N engines.
BMW draws it on the Fuel Tank/Attaching Parts (16_0372) diagram. It weighs about 7.8 kg (17 lb).
