Oil pump — a genuine BMW part, number 11 41 1 740 154. The number stamped on the part is 11411740154; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1740154. You will find it on our Engine shelf, under Oil pump with strainer and drive. It supersedes the older number 1730475, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits every E36 body style (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and M3, 1992–1999), with the M50, M52, S50 or S52 engines — and the European-market versions.
