Trim backrest, left — a genuine BMW part, number 52 30 6 980 919. The number stamped on the part is 52306980919; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 6980919. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Rear seat basic version. BMW has since replaced it with 7247465.

BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.

BMW draws it on the Seat, rear, seat frame, 3rd row (52_3355) diagram. It weighs about 1.0 kg (2.2 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
