Genuine BMW part 26 11 7 514 037: Threaded ring with clamp-ring. The number stamped on the part is 26117514037; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7514037. You will find it on our Drivetrain & Axle shelf, under Other Drive Shaft parts. It supersedes the older numbers 1100612 and 1209497, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.

It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i and 325i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 39 diagrams, among them Drive Shaft-Cent.Bearing-Universal Joint (26_0092) and Drive Shaft-Cent.Bearing-Universal Joint (26_0129). It weighs about 70 g (0.2 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
