Genuine BMW part 82 12 9 413 113: Tension belt. The number stamped on the part is 82129413113; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 9413113. You will find it on our Merchandise & Accessories shelf, under Other Universal Accessories parts. It supersedes the older numbers 9402960 and 9406147, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.

It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i and 325i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 29 diagrams, among them Surfboard rack (03_3288) and Luggage basket (03_3296). It weighs about 320 g (0.7 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
