Supporting bracket — a genuine BMW part, number 13 51 2 245 864. The number stamped on the part is 13512245864; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 2245864. You will find it on our Air Intake shelf, under Injection pump, control part, mixture c.. It supersedes the older numbers 2245431 and 2245432, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.

It fits the E36 sedan (325td and 325tds, 1991–1993), with the M51 engine.

BMW draws it on 4 diagrams, among them Timing Case (11_1179) and Timing Case (11_4824). It weighs about 1.1 kg (2.4 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
