Stopper — a genuine BMW part, number 11 41 1 280 950. The number stamped on the part is 11411280950; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1280950. You will find it on our Engine shelf, under Oil pump with strainer and drive.

It fits the E46 convertible (323i, 325i and 330i, 2000–2006), with the M52 or M54 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 15 diagrams, among them Lubrication system/Oil pump with drive (11_0445) and Lubrication system/Oil pump with drive (11_0446). BMW's catalog calls for six of these at each place it is fitted.
