What's Included

Sold as part of these kits

Genuine BMW part 33 53 1 136 387: Spring pad. The number stamped on the part is 33531136387; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1136387. You will find it on our Suspension shelf, under Other Rear Axle parts. It supersedes the older number 1127224, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i and 325i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 10 diagrams, among them Single Components for Rear Spring Strut (33_0324) and Single Components for Rear Spring Strut (33_0325). BMW's catalog calls for two of these at each place it is fitted. It weighs about 168 g (0.4 lb). It also comes in BMW kit Chassis (2221907).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
