Genuine BMW part 51 41 8 229 585: Spring nut. The number stamped on the part is 51418229585; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8229585. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Other Body equipment parts.

It fits every E46 body style (325xi and 330xi, 2001–2005), with the M54 engine — and the European-market versions.
