This is a genuine BMW spacer holder, part number 12 52 7 503 178. The number stamped on the part is 12527503178; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7503178. It fits every E46 body style (320i, 325i and 330i, 2001–2006), with the M54 or M56 engines — and the European-market versions.
