Set of retrofit cables, remote/rv mirror — a genuine BMW part, number 61 12 0 140 175. The number stamped on the part is 61120140175; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 0140175. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Auxiliary cable. It supersedes the older number 0148128, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E46 sedan, coupe, touring and compact (320i, 323i, 325i and 328i, 1999–2006), with the M52, M54 or M56 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 5 diagrams, among them Retrofit, outside mirror, electrochrome (03_0495) and Retrofit, universal remote control (03_1778). It weighs about 46 g (0.1 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
