Genuine BMW part 51 16 7 074 418: Set of cap covers, primed. The number stamped on the part is 51167074418; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7074418. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Mirrors, trims, storage compartments. It supersedes the older numbers 8252751 and 8252752, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.
It fits the E46 coupe and convertible (323i, 325i, 328i and 330i, 2000–2006), with the M52, M54 or M56 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 4 diagrams, among them Outside mirror (51_3692) and Outside mirror (51_3837). It weighs about 320 g (0.7 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
