Genuine BMW part 51 77 7 224 455: Set, holding strips, left. The number stamped on the part is 51777224455; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7224455. It supersedes the older numbers 7202655, 7202657, 7202659 and 7202661, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.

BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.

BMW draws it on 2 diagrams, among them Mucket / trim, entrance (51_5846) and Cover door sill / wheel arch (51_7020). It weighs about 510 g (1.1 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
