Genuine BMW part 54 13 8 246 025: Right sliding piece. The number stamped on the part is 54138246025; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8246025. You will find it on our Exterior Body shelf, under Other Sliding Roof / Folding Top parts.
It fits the E46 sedan, coupe, touring and compact (320i, 323i, 325i and 328i, 1999–2006), with the M52, M54 or M56 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on the Slid.Lift. Roof-Cover/Ceiling Frame (54_0205) diagram. BMW's catalog calls for two of these at each place it is fitted.
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
