On-board monitor Wide Screen with CD — a genuine BMW part, number 65 52 6 971 855. The number stamped on the part is 65526971855; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 6971855. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Other Audio, Navigation, Electronic Systems parts. It supersedes the older number 6934410, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits every E46 body style (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and 330i, 1999–2006), with the M52 or M54 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on the DVD navigation with on-board monitor (03_1191) diagram. It weighs about 2.8 kg (6.2 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
