Genuine BMW part 11 37 7 514 007: O-ring. The number stamped on the part is 11377514007; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7514007. You will find it on our Engine shelf, under Other Engine parts. It supersedes the older number 1450532, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits every E46 body style (316i, 316ti, 318i and 318ti, 2001–2004), with the N42 or N46 engines.
BMW draws it on 2 diagrams, among them Cylinder head (11_3177) and Stanchion (31_0358). BMW's catalog calls for four of these at each place it is fitted. It also comes in BMW kits Gasket set cylinder head asbestos free (0308857) and Gasket set cylinder head asbestos free (0391974).
