The number stamped on the part is 01200004459; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 0004459. You will find it on our Supplies & Hardware shelf, under Installation instructions. It supersedes the older number 9410698, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E36 compact (318ti, 1995–1999), with the M42 or M44 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on the Manufacturer certification BMW (01_1410) diagram. It weighs about 22 g (under 0.1 lb). It also comes in BMW kits Light alloy rim (9408690) and Light alloy rim (9409775) and 5 more.
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
