Genuine BMW part 82 12 0 442 358: Luggage basket aluminium. The number stamped on the part is 82120442358; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 0442358. You will find it on our Merchandise & Accessories shelf, under Other Universal Accessories parts. It supersedes the older numbers 9401483 and 9413104, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.
It fits every E46 body style (320i, 323i and 325i, 1999–2006), with the M52, M54 or M56 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 5 diagrams, among them Luggage basket (03_3294) and Luggage basket (03_3295). It weighs about 9.8 kg (22 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
