Genuine BMW part 72 11 8 221 014: Lower belt with right belt tensioner. The number stamped on the part is 72118221014; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8221014. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Other Parts and accessories, body parts. It supersedes the older number 9071871, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i and 325i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 3 diagrams, among them Seatbelts (72_0080) and Lower strap, front (72_0320). It weighs about 670 g (1.5 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
