Genuine BMW part 72 11 9 117 234: Lower belt, rear right. The number stamped on the part is 72119117234; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 9117234. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Other Parts and accessories, body parts. It supersedes the older number 7062428, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.
BMW draws it on the Rear seat belt business (72_0445) diagram. It weighs about 700 g (1.5 lb). It also comes in BMW kit Retrofit Business package (2220083).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
