The number stamped on the part is 61311391841; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1391841. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Switch. It supersedes the older numbers 1384031, 1390808 and 8357651, so a part carrying any of them is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 1391842.
It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i and 325i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.
