Install.kit, telephone roof antenna — a genuine BMW part, number 84 53 0 009 364. The number stamped on the part is 84530009364; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 0009364. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Other Communication systems parts. It supersedes the older number 9410943, so a part carrying that number is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 0029400.
It fits the E46 sedan, coupe, touring and compact (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and 330i, 1999–2006), with the M52, M54 or M56 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 2 diagrams, among them Retrofit kit, teleph. antenna Singleband (03_3089) and Install.kit, telephone roof antenna (03_3096). It weighs about 327 g (0.7 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
