What's Included

This is a genuine BMW holding strap, part number 51 11 1 973 721. The number stamped on the part is 51111973721; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1973721. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Other Body equipment parts. It supersedes the older number 1938263, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.

BMW draws it on 52 diagrams, among them Retrofit, M aerodynamic kit (03_0775) and Front Bumper Mounting Parts (51_0596). It also comes in BMW kits Retrofit kit, M Aerodynamics basic kit (2288976) and Retrofit kit, M Aerodynamics basic kit (2288977) and 2 more.

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
