Genuine BMW part 23 11 2 322 368: Hex nut. The number stamped on the part is 23112322368; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 2322368. You will find it on our Transmission shelf, under Housing with cover. It supersedes the older number 9922053, so a part carrying that number is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 9922832.

It fits the E36 sedan (318i, 1992–1998), with the M40 engine — and the European-market versions.
