Control unit DME programmed (exchange unit) — a genuine BMW part, number 12 14 7 529 564. The number stamped on the part is 12147529564; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7529564. BMW's catalog calls it “EXCH control unit DME programmed”. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Other Engine Electrical System parts. It supersedes the older numbers 7520644 and 7521982, so a part carrying any of them is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 7531110.
