This is a genuine BMW cross member floor panel front, part number 41 11 8 191 117. The number stamped on the part is 41118191117; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8191117. You will find it on our Exterior Body shelf, under Other Bodywork parts.
It fits the E36 compact (318ti, 1995–1999), with the M42 or M44 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on the Floor Panel Trunk/Wheel Housing Rear (41_0858) diagram. It weighs about 4.7 kg (10 lb).
