Cover, air duct, primed left — a genuine BMW part, number 51 11 7 890 093. The number stamped on the part is 51117890093; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7890093. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Other Body equipment parts. It supersedes the older number 2495507, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E46 sedan (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and 330i, 1999–2005), with the M52, M54 or M56 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on the M trim panel, front (51_3694) diagram. It weighs about 53 g (0.1 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
