This is a genuine BMW control unit dwa without code, part number 65 75 8 367 184. The number stamped on the part is 65758367184; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8367184. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Alarm system. It supersedes the older numbers 1387954 and 1387955, so a part carrying any of them is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 8368680.

It fits the E36 sedan and coupe (318i, 320i, 325i and M3, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M50 or S50 engines — and the European-market versions.
