Genuine BMW part 35 31 1 103 849: Clutch pedal stop buffer. The number stamped on the part is 35311103849; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1103849. You will find it on our Brakes shelf, under Other Pedals parts. It supersedes the older number 0141307, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i, 325i and 328i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 86 diagrams, among them Steering Column-Bearing Sup./Single Part (32_0711) and Acc.Pedal/Acceler. Pedal Assy-Potentiom (35_0175). It also comes in BMW kit Counter bracket with exhaust gasket (6906767).
