Cloth head rest, flat textile — a genuine BMW part, number 52 20 8 255 026. The number stamped on the part is 52208255026; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8255026. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Seatbelts.
It fits the E46 convertible (323i, 325i and 330i, 2000–2006), with the M52 or M54 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on the Rear seat head restraint (52_2552) diagram. BMW's catalog calls for two of these at each place it is fitted. It weighs about 1.2 kg (2.5 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
