-- View BMW DiagramSee this part on the official exploded view→This is a genuine BMW clamp, part number 65 12 1 385 469. The number stamped on the part is 65121385469; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1385469. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Radio, amplifier, CD player. It supersedes the older number 1376024, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E36 sedan and coupe (318i, 320i, 325i, 328i and M3, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 and other engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 8 diagrams, among them Radio Bavaria C (65_0022) and Single Components Stereo System (65_0135). BMW's catalog calls for two of these at each place it is fitted. It weighs about 1 g (under 0.1 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
