It supersedes the older numbers 9902343 and 9932852, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.
It fits the E36 sedan, coupe and convertible (M3, 1995–1999), with the S50 engine. It also fits the E46 coupe and convertible (M3, 2001–2006), with the S54 engine.
