Genuine BMW Part

Photos coming soon

This is a genuine BMW carbon brush set, part number 12 41 1 244 685. The number stamped on the part is 12411244685; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1244685. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Starter motor with mounting. It supersedes the older number 1244615, so a part carrying that number is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 2306015.

BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.

It weighs about 115 g (0.3 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
