Brake disc ventilated, perforated — a genuine BMW part, number 34 21 2 282 873. The number stamped on the part is 34212282873; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 2282873. You will find it on our Brakes shelf, under Rear wheel brake. It supersedes the older number 0431907, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E46 sedan, coupe, convertible and touring (330i, 2001–2006), with the M54 engine — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on the Rear wheel brake disc, perforated (34_1395) diagram. BMW's catalog calls for two of these at each place it is fitted. It weighs about 7.5 kg (17 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
