BMW daytime driving lights LED — a genuine BMW part, number 63 30 2 212 798. The number stamped on the part is 63302212798; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 2212798. You will find it on our Lighting shelf, under Priority vehicle light (authorities). It supersedes the older number 2184000, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i, 325i and 328i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 2 diagrams, among them Retrofit kit, LED daytime driving lights (03_2250) and Retrofit kit, LED daytime driving lights (03_2251). It weighs about 730 g (1.6 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
