This is a genuine BMW belt holder, part number 52 30 2 208 036. The number stamped on the part is 52302208036; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 2208036. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Rear seat basic version. It supersedes the older numbers 0302425 and 0302484, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.
It fits every E46 body style (320i, 323i and 325i, 1999–2006), with the M52, M54 or M56 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 3 diagrams, among them Belt holder (03_2646) and Belt holder (03_2647). It weighs about 230 g (0.5 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
