The number stamped on the part is 61307036126; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7036126. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Battery. It supersedes the older number 8263136, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E46 sedan, coupe, touring and compact (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i, 330i and M3, 1999–2006), with the M52, M54 or S54 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 10 diagrams, among them Single Parts of Front Seat Controls (52_2304) and Single Parts of Front Seat Controls (52_2315). It weighs about 340 g (0.7 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
